I’ve stopped skating now but I went to the gym today and trained back and chest. Was pretty chill. This of you wondering, I went to the YMCA for $5 for the whole week so pretty happy with that!
Finally got around to uploading part 2 of Kate’s write up! Aside from skating, Kate has been a competitive runner so she knows a thing or two about proper nutrition before and after competitions. I’m gonna be starting a challenge to get everyone in shape for nationals so look out for that in the next few days! Macarena
