Anna’s Energy Balls – gluten and dairy free

Today, Anna Harris (2014 senior solo dance representative at Worlds) brings us her energy ball recipe! I love these. They’re the perfect post or pre training snack. Their high sugar and high protein content will keep you feeling satisfied and full of energy for your trainings as well as being a good recovery food post training.
